PRIVACY & ANALYTICS · UPDATED OCTOBER 29, 2026

Clear about the information we use.

How NJ Staffing Brief handles optional requests, saved reading lists and aggregate website activity.

Optional forms

Update-interest registration stores your email address, selected topics, frequency preference, consent time, consent wording version and pending status. Inquiries store your email, company, role, selected review areas and the message you choose to send. A request does not create an account, book an appointment or subscribe you to a paid service.

Do not submit employee names, Social Security numbers, medical or immigration documents, payment details, privileged communications or confidential case files. Use general business descriptions only.

Who handles requests

NJ Staffing Brief stores requests in its hosting database. Email notifications, when enabled, use Resend to forward the submitted contact details and message to the operator’s private business inbox. Read Resend’s privacy policy. Email-provider and hosting services process information under their own terms. Earlier delivery attempts used FormSubmit; any information processed during those attempts is subject to that provider’s terms. A successful form receipt confirms website storage, not an appointment or a guarantee of inbox delivery.

Analytics and browser storage

Daily aggregate counters measure page views, report opens, source clicks, searches and form-related activity. They do not store names, email addresses, raw search terms, full URLs or persistent visitor IDs. Contact details are stored separately. Public campaign labels can be carried within a browser tab using session storage; never include personal information in those labels. Where available, the referring website is classified in your browser into a broad source such as Google, LinkedIn, direct or other referral. Only that category is sent to our analytics endpoint, not the full referring URL. Privacy settings and missing referral data can affect attribution.

Custom analytics do not set tracking cookies and honor supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control settings. Hosting and optional sign-in services have separate technical processing. Network information is processed to serve requests; short-lived hashed identifiers help prevent abuse. Hashing is not a guarantee of complete anonymity. Counts are interactions, not unique visitors or qualified leads.

Access and retention

Inquiries and update interests are visible only through the owner’s authorized inbox. Saved reading lists are scoped to the signed-in account’s Site-specific ID. The site does not promise absolute security.

Contact requests are retained in the site database for up to 90 days and update interests for up to one year; cleanup runs when a new form submission is processed. Analytics aggregates are retained for up to 395 days, with cleanup when new activity is counted. Rate-limit entries are eligible for cleanup after 24 hours. Saved reading lists remain until removed by the account or through an applicable deletion request. Copies in the business email account may be retained for legitimate correspondence and must be reviewed separately.

Questions, corrections and withdrawal

Use the contact request form and begin your message with “Privacy request,” “Correction,” or “Withdraw update interest.” Supply only enough information to identify your request; identity checks may be needed before disclosing or deleting records. The operator’s inbox address is kept behind the scenes. The legal operating entity and final paid offering are still being arranged.

Regular newsletter delivery has not launched. Any future marketing emails will need an appropriate unsubscribe process and sender details. No advertising pixel, email-list sale or compensated referral arrangement is connected.
