Follow government announcements, find the right source and give your team time to prepare. Country notices, employment-document guidance and practical planning questions in one place.
TPS is federal; these updates can affect New Jersey assignments. A country announcement does not establish an individual’s work authorization. Check current USCIS guidance and any later court-related update before employment decisions.
November 27, 2026 is the extension end date stated in the May 29, 2026 Federal Register notice. This is a date from that notice, not a confirmation of present country or individual status. Check for later guidance before relying on it.
Reference reviewed October 26, 2026 · Selected date only; not a complete deadline calendar. Registration windows, designation periods and EAD extensions are separate. No automatic worker-specific deadline or staffing action is calculated here.
Publication history from the Federal Register API. Automatically imported titles and dates have not been reviewed for current legal effect. Later agency guidance or court orders may change how a notice applies; a termination headline alone is not an instruction to remove a worker.

The bulletin says the report now includes TPS-related EAD categories A12 and C19, among others. It gives Form I-9 reverification instructions and tells employer agents to notify clients of cases with invalidated EADs. Read the full instructions and check for later updates.
The final rule removes certain renewal-based automatic EAD extensions, while preserving exceptions provided by law or applicable TPS Federal Register notices. Do not assume the same extension rule applies to every worker or document.
Choose TPS & work authorization in your optional update interests. Regular digest delivery and background alerts have not launched.
