The starting point
A November 24, 2025 Labor Department release describes a May 2025 inspection following a fatal machine-cleaning incident. OSHA reported 16 violations and proposed $1,125,484 for Taylor Farms New Jersey Inc., plus three serious violations and $33,100 proposed for its onsite agency, PL Solutions Group LLC, operating as People Logistics. The release concerns lockout/tagout procedures and training. It is an agency announcement, not a civil lawsuit or a verified final disposition.
